Clarification about inventory and cash

Hi Friends,

The game will be online in 5 mins.

There seemed some confusion about inventory and cash.

Clarification about inventory:-

The inventory is calculated on the basis of last years surplus, deficit and your set production levels.

Clarification about capital:-

In capital the incentive has been credited for the domestic comsumption.

Problem Identified for unused capital.

Guys,
We have identified the problem: A temporary solution is at hand while we work at the final solution..

1. When you browse the development page click on any of the sliders and move it just enough to reset your values.
2. Then click SAVE.
3. You would be directed to Industry Allocation, allocate your industry and then continue.

Please use this solution while we fix the problem.

Hi guys,
Those who are having problem viewing the Save button should disable the status bar. This can help to some extent.

For this go to 'View' (On top left of the browser) and then click on 'Status'

Trading Demystified... :)

Hi Everyone,

Seems there is some confusion on trading.

For trading any good you will have to first fill your needs in request page with the price at which you want to sell. This request will be visible to all the player.

After that you have to go to the market page and see the condition. Either you can buy/sell there at the price at which it is available or you can wait to let some other player to sell/buy at your stipulated price.

Please note that you cannot trade in market unless you give give demand/surplus of that product in the request page.

The product will be traded at the price at which you agree in market irrespective of your set price.

Hint on Diplomatic Relation Investment...

Now time for some hint.... ;-)

The criteria for investing in diplomatic relationship shall be both the current production level of the country as well as unutilized resources like manpower and raw materials.

Though there is no limit on the money that you can invest in diplomatic relations the ideal amount will be between 5000 and 500000.

Please note that this is a sunk cost. It will only improve your relationship level with that country but will not generate any revenue. So invest judiciously.

NOTE: Please don't invest in countries which are of users with multiple user id. Those players won't be allowed in next round and hence you will lose your money for nothing.

A tip for all of you.. You will need to allocate your resources for the next 5 years (6-10 yrs). This page can only be viewed once you have Saved the 'Development Level' page.

Do not forget this step since it is very important for you to sustain your country for the next level.

Small clarification...

You have to reset your industry level for year 6-10. Whatever you have done in first round(except education) was for year 1-5. That page will be visible only after you save your development level.

It is observed that many players are playing with multiple user ids. 

These users will be disqualified.

If any malpractice is observed in the trade those user will be disqualified as well and won't be allowed to play 3rd round.

Please don't force us to take such action.

Development Level Concern

Hi guys,
There are concerns regarding Education levels in development page. See when you have increased your education level for first 5 years you have increased your skill labourers. After 5 years you cannot decrease the education level of your country and "unskill" your skilled labourers.
So, if your educational development level was 3 in the earlier round you can increase it to 4 or 5 but not reduce it. And for those having 5, you cannot change it. :)

However this rule doesnot apply to medical/law/ defense. These can be reset for the next 5 years.

Resource Points

Resource points are the points which u cwn use to allocate resource i.e. raw material for the country.

Resource points required per unit of raw material

Resource points required per unit of raw material are the resource point required for one unit of raw materieal i.e. resource.

Industry Product Requirement

Industry product requirement per 1000 sq km area is the products requirement based on size of the country. This along with the industry product requirement for population donates the product which will satisfy the complete need of the country.

An advice....

Hi Everyone,

Now time for some advice....

In second round you will be trading with rest of the world. The trading price range will be decided by the cumulative world deficit or suplus and cost of manufacturing the product.

So in this round it is advicable that you play smart and try not only to fulfill your need but also concentrate manufacturing the products in which you have comparitive advantage or you feel that those will fetch you big bucks in second round....
